Frank Gladstone is the executive director of ASIFA-Hollywood and the executive producer of the Annie Awards. He has worked as a professional animator, producer, director, writer and teacher for more than 40 years. From 1973 to 1989, he managed his own Emmy award-winning studio, and has since held management positions for Disney, Warner Brothers and DreamWorks, among others. He is currently the CEO of his own company, Gladstone Film. Presently, Frank is directing an animated feature, THE HERO OF COLOR CITY, for the Exodus Film Group, as well as consulting on animation and story structure as well as teaching animation, film history, production techniques and cinematic fundamentals at studios, secondary schools, colleges and professional guilds world-wide.




Gretchen Houser, PR/Media Consultant, has over 28 years of experience in both corporate and agency public relations and media, and has worked with ASIFA-Hollywood since 1997. Since its inception, Houser PR has worked with a diverse group of clients and industries across the United States. An active participant in her beloved hometown community, Gretchen serves on a variety of boards, among them the Long Beach Police Foundation. Gretchen has also served as a board member of the Long Beach Chamber Women's Business Council, Executive Director for the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and a Public Affairs spokesperson for the American Red Cross. Gretchen received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola Marymount University and holds a Public Relations Professional certification from UCLA. Annette O'Neil, Producer, is a graduate with honors from the School of Cinema at the University of Southern California. After serving as the staff Production Manager at Refused TV, a boutique short-form production company in Los Angeles, Annette launched a lively freelance production career. As well as her work coordinating production for ASIFA-Hollywood's Annie Awards, Annette's credits to date include commercial spots for such clients as Toyota, Dell, Dirt Devil, Eggo, Denny's, Kraft, Gillette, Best Buy, Budweiser, Washington Mutual, Syfy (SciFi), and The Travel Channel. She's also worked on music videos for such artists as Depeche Mode, The Killers, Keith Urban, Michael Buble, Good Charlotte, Britney Spears, Marilyn Manson and the Jonas Brothers.
